Answers:
A: Youth ages 10 to 17 can be apart of our spring and fall sessions of the YAP program. To be involved with IGNITE LAPS parents can call and enroll their youth in the program (for ages 12-17).
A: The Center always looks for quality volunteers. We prefer to work with caring individuals that don’t mind donating their time to the Center. Volunteers benefit by watching a youth grow and develop. We also provide small incentives for voluntary service. We appreciate good quality help from caring community partners.
A: The Haven Center seeks win-win situations. We seek opportunities to develop networks in the community where all parties can benefit from the collaboration. We definitely want to meet individuals who are willing to help youth reach a positive level of development, growth and awareness. The Center desires to network with other agencies that seek to empower youth and their families with resources that will enable them to maintain self- sufficiency. |
